Biography

Claudio Di Palma was born in 1986 in S. Gennaro V. (NA) - Italy. He holds a Master's Degree in Industrial Design from the University of Campania . He spent a year in Brussels as an Erasmus student at ENSAV La Cambre: the design school founded by Henry van de Velde. He began his career working under the direction of the architect and designer Riccardo Blumer. In 2013 he moved to the Netherlands to join the team of Emmanuel Babled. Since 2019 he has been working as an independent industrial designer. Originally based in Amsterdam, he now lives and works in Utrecht. He has developed projects for companies around the world and his products have been featured in many exhibitions. His design approach is led by the research of uncluttered elegance. Through his products he aims to create a serene yet refreshing atmosphere.
